RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS (excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions) – Bandos d.o.o.

 

Summary of return options:

CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods via email to team@earth-flow.net or via another communication channel that you are withdrawing from the contract, without needing to provide a reason.

The buyer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. Goods must be returned to the following address: Earth Flow (Nejc Volarič), Ljubljanska cesta 79, 3000 Celje. The buyer may also send the package directly to the given address without prior email notification, provided it is within 14 days of receiving the goods. The buyer must in all cases include the following form with the package: WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT.

The only cost to the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.

The item must be returned to the seller unused, undamaged, and in unchanged quantity, unless the item was destroyed, spoiled, lost, or its quantity decreased through no fault of the consumer.

Please note that to receive a full refund, the goods must be undamaged and unworn/unused. The consumer may not use the goods during the withdrawal period.

This is not a trial purchase: distance selling does not give the consumer more rights than those available in a physical store. The consumer is only allowed to inspect and test the received goods to the extent necessary to determine their actual condition and as customary in stores (e.g., trying on clothes). Any use beyond this is considered actual use, and the consumer is responsible for a decrease in value due to actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the goods are used, the refund amount may be reduced to 75%, 50%, or 25% of the original purchase price, depending on the level of use (75% = lightly used, 50% = moderately used, 25% = heavily used).

The consumer must also enclose the invoice for the goods, personal information, and the bank account number to which the refund should be sent.

We will process the refund within 14 days of the withdrawal notice and upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

In cases where a promotional or discount code was used, this amount is treated as a discount and is not refundable. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user’s bank account.

 

LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS

The seller is liable for material defects of purchased items. A material defect exists when:

The buyer may enforce their rights due to a material defect if they notify the seller within two months from the date the defect was discovered. The seller is not liable for material defects that appear after two years from the delivery of the item to the buyer.

In the notice of defect, the buyer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. The notice can be delivered personally, by email to team@earth-flow.net (the seller must confirm receipt), or sent to the company’s address listed on the invoice.

 

A buyer who correctly notifies the seller of a defect may request:

If the defect is undisputed, the seller will meet the buyer’s request within eight days at the latest.

If the defect is disputed, the seller will provide a written response within eight days of receiving the request.

The buyer’s rights from material defects expire two years after notifying the seller of the defect.

When claiming a warranty, we act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

We can exchange goods for another product upon request.
