GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS – Bandos d.o.o.
The general terms and conditions of the Earth Flow online shop are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP‑1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom‑1).
These terms define the operation of the online store at www.earth-flow.net, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between Bandos d.o.o. and the buyer.
The buyer is bound by the terms in force at the moment the order is placed.

Bandos d.o.o. commits to always providing the buyer with the following information:

Contact details for clear and effective communication (email, phone)
Key features of goods/services (including after-sales and warranty terms)
Product availability (any listed product should be available within a reasonable time)
Delivery conditions (method, place, and delivery deadline)
Clear pricing (including whether tax and shipping are included)
Payment and delivery methods
Validity period of the offer
Terms and deadline to withdraw from the contract, including any return costs
Complaint procedure details with contact information for customer service
PRODUCT OFFER AND PRICES
Due to the nature of business, product offers and prices may be updated or changed. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no preset validity period.
Prices may change without notice. Upon ordering, the buyer receives an email confirmation and summary, at which point the sales contract is formed in Slovene between the buyer and seller.
ORDER AND PRICES
The sales contract is concluded when Bandos d.o.o. sends the buyer the first order confirmation email.
In case of pricing error, the buyer will be informed and offered the option to cancel. Offers and prices are valid until stock runs out or the buyer cancels.
Product images are symbolic and may not fully represent actual goods.
PAYMENT METHODS
Available options:
Prepayment – Buyer receives invoice via email, pays, and may send proof to team@earth-flow.net to expedite processing.

DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes offer various benefits (discounts, gifts). Valid for a limited time and must be applied during checkout. Only one code can be used per purchase.
DELIVERY AND COSTS
Main delivery partner: Slovenian Post (Pošta Slovenije), though others may be used at the company’s discretion.
PACKAGING
Items are typically shipped in cardboard boxes. Multiple items may be packaged separately to prevent damage.
INVOICE ISSUANCE
After delivery, a PDF invoice is emailed listing prices and purchase costs.
PURCHASE PROCESS
Select product → click “More Info” → click “Order”.
Enter details (name, billing info, optional company data).
Adjust quantity with ± buttons.
Choose payment/delivery method.
Remove items via checkbox in cart.
Submit order → redirects to thank-you page.
Confirmation email and payment instructions (if prepayment chosen).
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
You may return unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of receiving. Attach withdrawal form. Customer pays return costs. Refund issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Used items may incur reduced refund of 75 %, 50 %, or 25 %.
LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Seller is liable for material defects present at delivery. Buyer must notify defects within two months. Remedies include repair, replacement, or proportional refund. Seller responds within 8 days. Warranty rights expire two years after defect notification.
SAFE PURCHASE & SECURITY
All transactions are secure via 128‑bit SSL encryption. Customer satisfaction is a priority.
DATA PROTECTION
Data collected (name, contact, address, email, phone) is used only for order processing and communication. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties. Users are responsible for their own data safety (email/password). Some server logs (IP, timestamp, referer) are collected anonymously.

COMMUNICATION
Marketing emails are sent only to consenting users. All promotional communications clearly indicate the sender and allow easy opt-out. Bandos d.o.o. respects unsubscribe requests and does not misuse email addresses.
LEGAL NOTICE
All content, images, and media are proprietary and may not be copied or used without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While the company strives for accuracy, they are not liable for content errors or availability issues. In case of such errors, customers can cancel orders or request replacements.
The company is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from website use or downtime, nor for content on third-party linked sites.
CONTRACT ARCHIVING
The contract and invoices are archived at Bandos d.o.o., Ameriška ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana. Copies available upon request. Contract is in Slovene.
COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
The company follows EU consumer protection law and maintains an efficient complaint handling system. Complaints can be submitted to team@earth-flow.net. Confirmation of receipt is sent within 5 working days along with an expected resolution timeline.
Legal jurisdiction is by the consumer’s place of residence.
Out‑of‑court resolution platform is available via EU ODR (Regulation 524/2013 + Directive 2009/22/EC).
