1. Warranty Duration
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
The estimated lifespan of the grounding sheet is approximately 30 years with proper use.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers:
Damage to the silver threads caused by manufacturing defects
Faulty cables or connectors not resulting from misuse
Fabric or stitching defects that affect the functionality of the sheet
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper care or washing (e.g. use of harsh detergents)
Mechanical damage resulting from misuse
Normal wear and tear over time
Subjective perception of the grounding effect (as this is an individual energetic experience).
Since grounding is a personal energetic experience, the effect itself is not covered under warranty, as user responses vary depending on physical and energetic sensitivity.
4. How to Claim the Warranty
In the event of a warranty claim:
Send an email to team@earth-flow.net with a description of the issue and proof of purchase (invoice)
If necessary, you may be asked to return the product for inspection
If the warranty claim is valid, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturer error.
5. Usage and Maintenance Instructions
Provided on the label attached to the product and in the user manual.
6. Validity
These warranty terms apply to all purchases made from May 15, 2025 onward.
Bandos d.o.o. reserves the right to change the warranty conditions without prior notice.
